Mocha is a product knowledge base. It holds accurate, current product facts — what changed, how features work, what's true vs a misconception. You shape the message to the author yourself, using your Author Communications Playbook. Mocha owns the facts; the playbook owns the wording.
- Find an entry: type a keyword in the search box, or click a category chip. Search tolerates typos and word forms — "disappearing" finds "disappeared".
- Read the facts: click a card to expand it. You'll see what changed, how it works, confirmed facts, common misconceptions, and a green/red Can say / Can't say guardrail.
- Status badge: Current (stable), ⚠ Changed recently, or 🔵 In flux / testing — tells you how settled the facts are.
- Need a wording starting point? Expand 💬 Example phrasing inside a card — it's an optional scaffold. Experienced reps shape their own message from the facts.
- Was this accurate & useful? — the 👍 / 👎 at the bottom of each card help Mocha learn. 👎 entries get rewritten in the next Monday refresh.
- Different language? Use the language pill on the count row. The example reply translates; facts stay in English as the internal reference.
- Can't find what you need? Scroll to the bottom and use Ask Mocha — your question joins the queue for next Monday's refresh.
- Share a specific entry: open the entry, then copy the URL from your browser's address bar — it updates to link straight to that entry.
